Retro Football Prints creates independent, unofficial football artwork for supporters and fans. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are not produced, endorsed, sponsored, authorised by, or officially affiliated with any football club, football team, league, governing body, or other sporting organisation.

Our artwork is independently created, original comic-style illustrations intended as fan-inspired artwork celebrating football history, historic grounds, and supporters’ culture. We do not reproduce official club crests, badges, logos, or other registered graphical trademarks.

Intellectual Property

We respect the intellectual property rights of football clubs, organisations, artists, and all other rights holders.

Our designs are created entirely independently. While they depict historic sporting venues and may include descriptive references to geographic place names, matches, or historical events, the inclusion of any reference does not indicate or imply any official association, endorsement, or commercial licensing.

We proactively undertake appropriate checks during the design and listing process. However, intellectual property rights can be complex and may vary according to the particular mark, artwork, territory, goods or services and circumstances involved.

Rights Holder Enquiries

To help us investigate and resolve the matter efficiently, please provide:
  • Your name, contact details, and the organisation you represent.
  • The specific product or artwork concerned.
  • The specific intellectual property right you believe is affected (including UK IPO registration numbers where applicable).
  • A brief explanation of your specific concern.

We take genuine enquiries seriously and review any enquiry promptly. In the interest of commercial goodwill, we may temporarily remove a product from sale as a cooperative measure while an enquiry is reviewed.

Any voluntary removal of artwork, correspondence, or cooperation via this channel is undertaken strictly to resolve potential disputes amicably. This process does not constitute an admission of liability, fault, or infringement by Retro Football Prints.
