The artwork we have created on our Retro Football Prints is unofficial and is not officially affiliated/licences with any football team, football club or football/sporting organisation. For this reason, we do not any official club crests, logos, badges or trademarked names.
We create our prints for the love of football and for the people who share our passions.
In addition to avoiding the use of official logos/badges, we always conduct full and detailed trademark searches as part of the design process. No words, names or terms used had a registered trademark in Class 16 (Prints/Posters) at time of design and listing.
If you are an IP owner (or IP Lawyer/official representative) and feel any registered trademark or copyrighted material has mistakenly been used in any of our products, then please contact us with details of your concerns, the words/terms you feel are protected and the Classes they are registered in and we will investigate, remove the item or make immediate amendments where needed to the exact specifications of the request, without prejudice.
CLUBS WHO WOULD LIKE TO STOCK OUR PRINTS AND HAVE THEIR OFFICIAL CLUB BADGE/LOGO ADDED
If any football club would like to wholesale purchase our prints to stock in their club shops, but would like to have their official logos/club badge added to prints first, then please refer to our Wholesale Terms and contact us to discuss requirements. Any such prints would only be supplied directly to the club involved for sale in their own retail shops, and would not be made available for sale on our website or to/on any other outlet.
