WANT TO SELL OUR PRINTS….?

If you are interested in selling our football prints, we do offer wholesale terms with the printed versions of our prints, which can be purchased on wholesale terms, which includes resale licence if sold offline – so if you run a market stall, have a bricks and mortar shop, a matchday stand outside a football ground, a club shop, supporters club, etc then printed versions of our prints can be purchased with a view to selling. You would be free to frame up our wholesale prints and sell as framed prints and/or sell individually unframed.

You can spread the cost of any wholesale order, by using Klarna option at checkout.

WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Wholesale purchases are subject to a minimum order of £100
  2. Wholesale orders will include free insured and tracked postage.
  3. A3, A4 and A5 sized prints are available at wholesale rates. Wholesale orders can be all A3, all A4, all A5 or a mixture of the three.
  4. Subject to term 1 being met, there is no minimum number of different prints designs required (i.e. if you want entire wholesale order made up of just 1 design or 10 different designs, that is fine – it is your choice the make up of the wholesale order)
  5. Each individual print design in a Wholesale order is subject to a minimum of 5 copies of that print. 
  6. Wholesale prices per print :
    A3 prints : £6 per print (for the first 100 x A3 prints of an order), £5 per print (for prints 101-300 of an order), £4.50 per print (for prints 301 – 500)
    A4 prints : £4 per print (for the first 100 x A4 prints of an order), £3.50 per print (for prints 101-300 of an order), £3 per print (for prints 301 – 500)
    A5 prints : £3.50 per print (for the first 100 x A5 prints of an order), £3 per print (for prints 101-300 of an order), £2.50 per print (for prints 301 – 500) NB. If you want more than 10 copies of any individual print, I will be able to do better rates than above, subject to clause 1 being met.
  7. Printed versions will be on high professional grade 300gms silk photo paper/card. These have a semi-sheen finish with vibrant, true-to-life colours. 
  8. Delivery timeframe is dependant on order size, but is typically 7-10 working days (bespoke prints, such as Ceefax prints or personalised ones, may be a few days longer to allow personalisation to be completed first). More specific timeframe will be given upon ordering.
  9. Our wholesale prints are for selling in person (i.e. market stalls, matchday stand at a football ground, physical shops, club shops, supporter clubs, etc).
  10. Due to some limited, but exclusive online partnerships, our wholesale prints do not come with a licence to resell on online third party marketplaces such as etsy, ebay, etc. If you have your own website you want to sell them on, this may be permitted, but please advise us with details of your website.
  11. Whilst we have an RRP of £19.95 per A3 print, £11.95 for A4 prints and £9.95 for A5 prints, you are entirely free to set your own selling price. You are free to sell prints unframed or framed for added value.
  12. Wholesales rates are only available exclusively from ourselves. The Retro Football Prints logo/name will be discreetly printed small on rear of prints.
  13. Wholesale orders are put into production, no later than 12 hours after payment received. Once into production, wholesale orders cannot be cancelled nor refunded.
  14. By making a wholesale order, you are acknowledging your full agreement and acceptance of the above detailed Wholesale Terms & Conditions. 

START WHOLESALE ORDER PROCESS

If interested in purchasing printed versions of our print designs, on wholesale terms, then in first instance, please CONTACT US and advise you are interested in a wholesale purchase and list the prints you are after and the number of each design, noting minimum numbers in points1 & 5 above. We will then give you a firm order total and delivery timeframe for your specific order, along with payment options and bespoke link to purchase on.  

CLUBS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN STOCKING OUR PRINTS WITH THEIR OFFICIAL CLUB BADGE/LOGO ADDED

If any football club would like to stock our prints in their club shops, but would like to have their official logos/club badge added to prints first, then please follow the “Start Wholesale Process” and when you contact us let us know are looking to have supplied with your official club badge incorporated onto prints. We will then liaise with you ahead of order being printed, to collate club badge and details of where you want it positioned on print.
Any such print order would only be supplied directly to the club involved for sale in their own retail shops/websites, and would not be made available for sale on our website or supplied to/on any other outlet.

IMPORTANT NOTICE RE. DIGITAL FILES

As per our PURCHASE LICENCE  all prints seen on this website are exclusively designed by ourselves and are © Retro Football Prints (all rights reserved) and all digital print files downloaded / purchased are strictly for personal use only.

No commercial use or resale licence comes with the digital files, therefore it is strictly prohibited to reproduce our digital print files or use the files to create products to sell. It is also strictly prohibited to offer our digital files (or prints made from digital downloads) for sale, in digital format or physical item, nor can they be distributed free of charge in any format (either on their own or as a free incentive / gift to another purchase).
