In using this website and/or placing an order with Retro Football Prints, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting Retro Football Prints terms and conditions. “Ourselves”, “Our”, “We” and “Us”, refers to Retro Football Prints. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current website shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the our stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
Pricing
All pricing for products is clearly marked for each product throughout our website. All prices are guaranteed at point of checkout. All prices are subject to future change without notice.
Payment Terms
All orders are on a prepayment basis. Although we reserves the right to change prices of products or special offers at any time, all pricing is guaranteed at time of payment. No order is dispatched until cleared payment has been received.
Payment Options
In order to streamline our accounting procedures and keep running costs down we offer the following payment options.
- Credit/Debit Cards: including MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link via the secure payment processors Stripe.
- Klarna – powered by Stripe.
Cancellation and Refunds
Digital Download
If you purchase a digital download, then these are non-refundable once you place an order, as you are given instant access to download the print(s) you have purchased.
Printed Product
If you order a printed product, then these are made to order, so you can cancel any order prior to their production and dispatch and receive a full refund.
Once dispatched, refunds are only available if goods are returned in original new condition, in their unopened cellophane package. Only cost of the original print will be refunded, not the postage costs for sending order out to you. Return postage will also be at the clients expense. If requesting a refund, you are doing so on the strict agreement to these terms.
Copyright Claims
All our prints are our own exclusive designs, made in house by us. The artwork we have created on our Retro Football Prints is not officially affiliated/licenced with any football team, football club or football/sporting organisation. For this reason, we do not include any official club crests, logos, badges or trademarked names on our prints.
To the best of our knowledge and belief, we do not use official brands, logos or trademarked images. We conduct full and detailed trademark searches as part of the design process. No words, names or terms used had a registered trademark in Class 16 (Prints/Posters) at time of design and listing. Images or graphics that are similar to or an impression of official logos may be used. Such images/designs are in no way affiliated to any official brands they may be based on and merely used to make a generalisation.
If you are an IP owner (or IP Lawyer/official representative) and feel any registered trademark or copyrighted material has mistakenly been used in any of our products, then please contact us with details of your concerns, the words/terms you feel are protected and the Classes they are registered in and we will investigate and remove the item or make immediate amendments where needed to the exact specifications of the request, without prejudice.
Disclaimer re loss / damage in transit
We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to products whilst in transit. We obtain Certificate of Postage for all orders dispatched, so you will be protected against loss of order – up to the compensation level assigned by Royal Mail (£20 as standard). If your order is to a value greater than £20, you are recommended to upgrade to Tracked 48 at checkout as this includes higher insurance.
In such cases where order is to a greater value than £20 and you decline the higher insurance level service, then in the unlikely event of an order going missing, we can only compensate up to the level provided by the Certificate of Postage.
In the highly unlikely event that (given protective packaging used) goods are damaged during transit, then you will need to make a claim with your local delivery office.

Acceptance
All orders placed with Retro Football Prints are subject to the Terms and Conditions detailed above – your full agreement to all our published terms is made as soon as you complete/pay for an order.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to revise these policies at any time. If wishing to use our website, it is your responsibility to check our Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or purchases made following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
