We are more than happy to ship our prints around the world, but we only use an International Track and Signed option for anything outside UK (Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man included in UK for purposes of this answer).

International Tracked and Signed is more expensive than standard international shipping, but is quicker. We will not send any items by standard international shipping due to items going astray in transit previously.

NB. You may wish to add some additional prints to the order to spread the shipping costs – you can add unlimited prints to one order and the International Tracked and Signed shipping cost will remain the same.

The cost of International tracked and Signed is dependant on final destination, but you will get the exact cost quoted for your address once you have entered it at checkout and before committing to buying. 

The cost of this service includes a level of insurance upto £250. The cost covers shipping, delivery, tracking & insurance – it does not cover any custom fees / import tariffs/fees that may be due locally – you would need check local regulations to see whether any custom fees would be liable. Completing order is your confirmation that you have checked local regulations with accepting post from the UK and are happy with your findings and accept liability to pay any local customs/import fees that may be due.

Due to the introduction of considerable bureaucratic red tape and requirement for a local EU based agents the EU have created with their new GPSR regulations, we have currently ceased shipping to customers in EU countries, until they relax some of the stringent and frankly, unnecessary conditions/costs it puts onto independent small businesses like us.

We still ship orders to all new and returning loyal customers from the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Rest of the World and all other European countries outside the EU.

Apologies to customers in the EU, but this is outside our control – feel free to take up with your MEP.

PRINTED – Our prints are A4 size (8.3 inches x 11.7 inches / 210mm x 297mm.)

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS – Selected prints only – following purchase, your download file will include your chosen prints in both A3 and A4 in PDF format plus an A4 size JPEG format.

WHOLESALE PRINTS – We sell A4 and A5 size printed versions through our Wholesale Terms

Not at present. Whilst we have explored the options, the additional postage and product costs, along with damage issues during the postal system, we decided to remove the framed options.

We also find, people tend want to frame the prints in frame styles/colours that compliment the decor of the room/situ the print will be used – therefore, it makes more sense to provide the print unframed and leave the style, materials, colour and cost of the frame to the buyer.

Our digital download files are supplied as high quality PDF / JPEG files (300dpi, CMYK format).

Yes, you will register an account during the checkout process, you only need to do this the first time. You do not need an account to browse the website, but you will subsequently need to be logged in to Retro Football Prints be able to access any gift cards or download files purchased, plus use any coupon codes that may be account specific – hence requirement for account to purchase. (If you use the instant pay options with Apple Pay/Google Pay you may be able to purchase prints as a guest and without opening an account)

You will be able to register for a new account during the checkout process. We removed the Register link to do this as an anti bot / spam measure – so only persons actually making a purchase can register for an account. You will only need to do this the once, you will be able to login to your account on any future visit.

As soon as your payment has completed, you will receive access to your download files.

There are a number of ways you can download your prints. Following payment, you will receive an order confirmation email – this will include a download link for your print(s).

You will also be able to download your prints from your Retro Football Prints Account – See either Orders or Downloads where you will see a download button in both these areas of your account.

Also following payment, the checkout page will refresh to an Order Complete page which will include a Download button.

All download links will expire after 7 days or 7 downloads, whichever arrives first.

Digital Download products are for personal use only and do not come with any reproduction or resale license. You are free to use the files to print out the posters at home or use high street/online print shops to create products (canvases, mugs, T Shirts, etc) for your own use, but it is strictly prohibited to sell the digital files, create products/merchandise to sell or gift the files/products as incentives to purchase your own products.
